​Job Title: Home Visit Physiotherapist (BPT / MPT) – Bellandur Cluster Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Location:bellandur Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Fixed Base + Per-Session Incentive + Dedicated Travel Allowance) ​About the Role We are looking for an active, clinically sound Physiotherapist to deliver evidence-based, one-on-one rehabilitation directly at patients' homes within the Bellandur micro-cluster. You will handle an active caseload covering orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, and geriatric rehabilitation. ​Key Responsibilities ​Conduct structured initial physical evaluations, baseline assessments, and functional goal-setting at patients' residences. ​Execute individualized treatment plans combining manual therapy, targeted therapeutic exercise, gait training, and progressive overloading. ​Educate patients and primary caregivers on home exercise programs (HEP), ergonomic modifications, and fall prevention. ​Maintain objective session-by-session documentation and clinical outcome tracking through our digital reporting system. ​Ensure strict adherence to scheduled appointment windows within your designated cluster. ​Qualifications & Requirements ​Education:



BPT mandatory; MPT (Orthopedics, Neuro, or Musculoskeletal) is an advantage. ​Experience: 6 months to 3 years in clinical or home healthcare settings (fresh graduates with rigorous internship experience are welcome). ​Transit: Mandatory two-wheeler ownership with an active driving license for local commutes. ​Licensing: Registered with the State Physiotherapy Council or Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAP). ​Languages: English and Hindi; conversational Kannada is a strong advantage. ​Benefits & Compensation Structure ​Predictable Earnings: Base salary combined with tiered session incentives for higher volume. ​Travel Covered: Dedicated per-kilometer or flat-rate travel reimbursement for every visit. ​Clinical Kit: Essential portable treatment modalities and evaluation equipment provided. ​Geographic Efficiency: Caseloads are strictly scheduled within tight geographic clusters to minimize dead commute time.
