Accountant – E-commerce & Manufacturing (Surat)

Company: House of Sethia (RARE THREAD) – Women's ethnic wear manufacturer & multi-platform online seller
Location: Shed 60, Darshan Industrial Society, Near Komal Circle, Surat – 394210 (on-site)
Experience: 2–5 years (preferred)
Salary: ₹15,000–20,000/month, based on experience

About the role
We're a quick-growing ethnic wear brand selling across Myntra, Flipkart and Meesho. We're looking for a sharp, hands-on accountant who is comfortable in accounting software and willing to roll up their sleeves on e-commerce listing and Excel work when needed. This is a role for someone who likes variety and can move between the books and the marketplace back-end.

Key responsibilities

- Day-to-day accounting in Busy / Tally (entries, ledgers, bank reconciliation)
- GST working, returns filing support, and reconciliation across multiple entities
- Marketplace payment reconciliation – matching Myntra, Flipkart and Meesho settlement reports against orders and returns
- Purchase,



sales and expense booking; vendor and karigar payment tracking
- Preparing MIS reports, cash-flow and stock summaries in Excel
- Supporting the catalogue team with product listings, SKU data and bulk template uploads on marketplace portals
- Coordinating with CA and internal team on month-end closing

Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
- Working knowledge of Busy or Tally
- Strong Excel skills – VLOOKUP, pivot tables, filters (this is a must)
- Understanding of GST basics
- Comfortable learning e-commerce seller panels (training will be given)
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage high transaction volumes

Good to have

- Prior experience with an e-commerce seller or manufacturing/textile business
- Familiarity with Myntra/Flipkart/Meesho settlement reports

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
