Through the Ray Foundation Project, we support children from economically disadvantaged backgrounds by delivering structured academic support, spoken English development, moral education, and holistic personality development. Our classrooms emphasize conceptual learning over rote memorization while fostering confidence, discipline, and lifelong learning.

Position Overview

Moralkart Foundation is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and child-friendly Part-Time Teacher to join our education team. The ideal candidate should possess robust teaching abilities, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children.

The selected teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive lessons to students of different age groups and learning levels.



The role requires creating an inclusive classroom environment where students feel motivated to learn, ask questions, and build confidence in academics as well as life skills.

This position is ideal for educators who believe that every child deserves access to quality education regardless of their socio-economic background.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree (Graduation) from a recognized university in any discipline.
- Minimum 1+ year of teaching experience in a school, NGO, coaching institute, or educational organization.
- B.Ed. or D.Ed. qualification will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional teaching skills and a strong passion for education may also be considered.

- Strong command over Mathematics and Science fundamentals.
- Effective classroom management skills.
- Ability to teach students of multiple age groups and academic levels.
- Creative teaching methodology with activity-based learning.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor children.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace)
