We are looking for a customer-focused and responsible Service Advisor to join our electric scooter service team. The Service Advisor will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling service requirements, job cards, estimates, service updates, and vehicle delivery while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Prepare job cards, service estimates, and clearly explain required work to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians for timely diagnosis, servicing, and repairs.
- Provide customers with regular updates on service progress and additional requirements.
- Ensure proper quality checks and timely delivery of serviced vehicles.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the Service Manager for resolution.
- Maintain accurate service records, follow-ups, invoices, and warranty-related documentation.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automobile service role.
- Diploma/Degree in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical,



or a related field is preferred.
- Good knowledge of two-wheeler service and maintenance.
- Experience in customer handling and service coordination.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use service management/DMS software.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians and customers.
- Experience with electric vehicles or electric scooters will be an added advantage.
