Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer – SEO & SMO to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in content writing, SEO, and social media optimisation, with a positive understanding of digital marketing practices.

The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Write SEO-friendly and engaging content for websites, landing pages, blogs, articles, and other digital platforms.
- Create content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.
- Conduct basic keyword research and incorporate relevant keywords naturally into content.
- Optimize content for on-page SEO, including headings, meta descriptions, keywords, internal linking, and readability.
- Develop creative captions, posts, and promotional content for SMO and social media marketing.
- Research industry-related topics and create fresh, relevant, and informative content.
- Coordinate with the SEO and Digital Marketing teams to develop content strategies.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, grammar, readability, and consistency.




- Stay updated with the latest SEO, social media, and digital marketing trends.
- Ensure all content is original, plagiarism-free, and aligned with the brand's tone and objectives.

Required Skills

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Content Writing, SEO, SMO, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent English grammar, vocabulary, and proofreading skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content trends.
- Ability to write both informational and promotional content.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple content requirements.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of AI content tools and the ability to edit AI-generated content into natural, high-quality content is a plus.
