A 25 year old reputed migration and overseas student recruitment company looking for a dynamic and result-oriented career Counselor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and counseling skills, with the ability to guide prospective students , candidates and convert leads into successful enrollments.

Candidates with experience in overseas education counseling, educational institutions, lead conversion, or immigration consulting will be given preference.

The company will provide complete training in our specialized application and counseling process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student/candidate inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
- Counsel candidates regarding overseas education and career opportunities
- Follow up with leads and convert them into potential business
- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective students/parents
- Guide students through admission and application processes
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing
- Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Robust interpersonal and convincing abilities




- Good follow-up and lead management skills
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile - Experience as an Admission Counselor, Student Counselor, or Education Consultant preferred Candidates with experience in:

- Overseas education counseling
- Educational institutions
- Lead generation and lead conversion
- Immigration consultancy will be given first preference

Freshers with excellent communication and administration skills can also apply
