Profile: Sr. Interior Designer

Experience: 5-6 years of relevant experience in Interior Design

Roles:

Understand client requirements and develop creative, functional, and aesthetically appealing interior design concepts. Develop space planning, furniture layouts, colour schemes, material selections, and complete design concepts. Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings, including floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations, sections, and execution/working drawings. Modify and finalize drawings based on client feedback, site measurements, and execution requirements. Prepare mood boards, material boards, design presentations, and 3D visualizations for client approvals. Conduct regular site visits to monitor design implementation and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, vendors, carpenters, and other site teams for smooth project execution. Select and finalize materials, finishes,



furniture, fixtures, lighting, and other interior elements as per design requirements and budget. Review measurements, BOQs, quotations, and material specifications to ensure accuracy and cost effectiveness. Resolve design, drawing, material, and site-related issues during project execution. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines, quality, and design standards are maintained. Guide and supervise junior interior designers and coordinate day-to-day design activities. Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, finishes, and design solutions. Qualification:

Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Robust portfolio demonstrating residential/commercial interior projects
