The Manager – HR (Recruitment) will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment function, ensuring the timely acquisition of qualified talent in line with the organization’s manpower requirements. The role will involve recruitment strategy, stakeholder coordination, talent sourcing, candidate assessment, onboarding, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with relevant experience in a managerial or team-lead capacity.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing and recruitment methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Solid interviewing and candidate-assessment capabilities.
- Experience with HRMS, ATS, LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment analytics.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
