Experience:

- ⁠ ⁠1–3 years in a social media agency, content studio, or D2C brand
- ⁠ ⁠Looking for someone hands-on with execution, not someone who has only managed large teams
- ⁠ ⁠Comfortable owning day-to-day content execution from start to finish

Must-Have Skills:

- ⁠ ⁠Reel editing (CapCut, InShot, or similar)
- ⁠ ⁠Canva
- ⁠ ⁠Instagram content planning
- ⁠ ⁠Basic copywriting
- ⁠ ⁠Trend spotting
- ⁠ ⁠Story scheduling and publishing
- ⁠ ⁠Coordinating shoots and creators
- ⁠ ⁠Valuable aesthetic sense
