Duties and responsibilities

- Site execution as per the given SOPs and drawings
- Assessing potential risks, materials and construction
- Monitoring project progress and construction activities
- Co-ordination with internal teams and external stakeholders for approvals.
- Ability to oversee progress at site and troubleshoot any issues well in advance in coordination with reporting manager.
- Preparing & checking of BBS.
- To maintain the quality of all on going site work
- Assist in the review and recording of drawings.
- Study all the drawing thoroughly well in advance and discuss with the reporting manager.
- Check drawing for conformity and accuracy.
- Obtain all necessary written approval from reporting managers well in advance before starting the work.
- To Ensure Safety and Quality at work as per Site Safety Plan and Quality Plan respectively.
- Periodic reports for the progress of the site to be prepared for the respective work allotted.
- Work as assigned by management from time to time

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
