Ganga Infrasolutions is hiring a Junior QA/QC Lab Engineer to manage quality assurance and quality control functions at our RMC (Ready Mix Concrete) plant. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with concrete testing, mix design verification, and material quality checks in an RMC plant laboratory setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct routine testing of raw materials (cement, aggregates, sand, admixtures, fly ash/GGBS) as per IS codes
- Perform slump tests, cube casting, curing, and compressive strength testing of concrete samples
- Monitor and verify batching plant mix proportions against approved mix designs
- Maintain lab records, test registers, and quality documentation (daily/weekly/monthly reports)
- Conduct sieve analysis, water absorption tests, and specific gravity tests on aggregates
- Coordinate with site engineers and production team to address quality concerns and non-conformances
- Calibrate and maintain lab testing equipment (cube testing machine, slump cone,



sieves, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with IS 456, IS 4926, and other relevant RMC/concrete quality standards
- Support in trial mix designs and current mix development under supervision
- Maintain sample storage, curing tanks, and lab housekeeping standards

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
