We are looking for Telecallers to join our Collection Agency team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers regarding pending EMI/loan payments, following up on overdue accounts, explaining payment options, and maintaining proper call records and daily MIS. Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a skilled approach are required. Experience in banking/loan collection and DRA certification will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
