Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and technically capable Graphic Design & Systems Executive to manage visual content creation while providing basic IT and digital systems support.

Key Responsibilities

Design posters, brochures, social media creatives, presentations, and other marketing materials.

Create engaging visual content for digital marketing campaigns.

Maintain consistent branding across all creative materials.

Update website content when required.

Manage basic CRM/database-related activities.

Provide basic IT and system support to the team.

Organize and maintain digital files and creative assets.





Support marketing initiatives with creative ideas and visual content.

Requirements

Valuable knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.

Basic knowledge of website content management.

Familiarity with CRM/database management.

Basic computer and troubleshooting skills.

Good understanding of social media design requirements.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
