Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive with good knowledge of HVAC products and materials. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely availability of materials as per project and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day purchase activities for HVAC equipment, components, and related materials.
- Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices and negotiate rates, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Stores, and other departments for material requirements.
- Maintain proper purchase records, vendor details, quotations, and purchase orders.
- Monitor material quality, quantity,



and delivery as per requirements.
- Resolve vendor-related issues regarding quality, pricing, or delivery.
- Maintain good working relationships with existing and new suppliers.
- Ensure purchases are made within approved budgets and company requirements.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in the HVAC manufacturing industry.
- Good understanding of HVAC equipment, components, and related materials.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and basic ERP/purchase software
