Responsibilities
- Develop custom workflows and scripts to automate manual business processes, improving efficiency and reducing errors.
- Work with business analysts and process owners to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the automation solution meets the needs of the organization.
- Collaborate with RPA architects, business analysts, and other team members to design and implement automation solutions.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in an Engineering role
- Strong hands on experience in RPA process and tools like Automation Anywhere, UI Path, Blue Prism
- Positive programming skills in Python, Selenium
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
