Key Responsibilities

- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Perform routine servicing, oil/filter changes, lubrication, system inspections, and scheduled PM checks on pickup trucks, utility vehicles, and heavy plant equipment.
- Hub Overhauling: Dismantle, clean, inspect, re-pack, and replace wheel bearings, seals, and related hub components to manufacturer specifications; adjust pre-load and ensure proper torque limits.
- Clutch Replacement & Repairs: Diagnose, remove, repair, and install complete clutch assemblies (pressure plate, clutch disc, release bearing, flywheel resurfacing, and pilot bearing) on pickup trucks and light utility vehicles; bleed hydraulic clutch lines.
- Hydraulic Crane Maintenance: Inspect, service, and repair hydraulic cranes; check hydraulic lines, control valves, cylinders, PTOs, pumps,



and fluid levels; identify and replace worn seals and damaged hoses.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Conduct root-cause mechanical assessments on drivelines, braking systems, suspensions, and chassis components.
- Workshop Safety & Tool Care: Maintain a clean work bay, properly store specialized tools and lifting gear, and strictly observe PPE and equipment lockout guidelines.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: min 3 years of practical mechanical experience in a commercial fleet workshop or heavy equipment setting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
