We are looking for a skilled HR Analytics Faculty / Trainer with strong theoretical and practical knowledge to deliver the complete 60-hour HR Analytics curriculum. The faculty should be capable of independently handling all modules and delivering quality, industry-oriented training.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver the complete HR Analytics syllabus through theory, practical sessions, case studies, and hands-on projects.

- Train students in Excel, SQL, Power BI, DAX, and Python for HR Analytics.

- Cover HR metrics, KPIs, workforce planning, data analysis, reporting, dashboards, predictive analytics, and AI applications in HR.

- Guide students through real-world HR datasets, dashboards, predictive models, and the final capstone project.

- Relate analytics concepts to practical HR and business scenarios.

- Maintain training quality, student engagement, and effective learning outcomes.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of HR Analytics and Workforce Analytics.

- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI,



DAX, and Python.

- Good understanding of HR metrics, recruitment, performance, retention, attrition, and workforce analytics.

- Practical knowledge of data cleaning, analysis, visualization, dashboard development, and predictive analytics.

- Understanding of AI/ML applications in HR Analytics.

- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge with the ability to handle the entire syllabus independently.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.

Eligibility

- MBA in HR / Human Resources or a related field.

- 1–2 years of experience as an HR Analytics Faculty / Trainer or in a closely related training role.

- Relevant industry experience or project-based practical exposure will be an added advantage.
