We are looking for an immediate open Contract – Lead QA Engineer

Experience Level : 7+ years

Work Arrangement : Remote

What roles and responsibilities will be performed by the selected candidate?

- Lead manual and automation testing activities across multiple projects and releases.
- Collaborate with leadership, business stakeholders, onsite partners, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and priorities.
- Own test strategy, test planning, estimation, execution tracking, and quality status reporting.
- Identify and communicate quality risks, dependencies, blockers, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and leadership.
- Design, develop, review, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Playwright with C#.
- Lead REST API testing and automation, including request, response, integration, and error validation.
- Oversee database testing and backend validation using SQL queries.
- Drive requirement reviews, test case design, defect management, release validation, and test coverage improvements.
- Mentor QA engineers, conduct technical reviews, and promote testing and automation best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, regression suites, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

What is the expectation from the candidate's current role/profile?

- 7+ years of software testing experience,



including experience leading QA activities.
- Solid experience in both manual and automation testing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing testing across multiple projects, priorities, and releases.
- Ability to understand complex business processes and translate requirements into effective test strategies.
- Strong programming proficiency in C#.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Selenium automation.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Playwright automation.
- Experience in REST API testing and automation using tools such as Postman.
- Experience in database testing and writing SQL queries.
- Experience creating and maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Strong planning, analytical, debugging, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Up to ₹110,000.00 per month
