Job Title: Senior PPC Specialist/Expert (Google Ads Specialist) (4-8 Years experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a Sr. PPC Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, specifically in an agency setup handling multiple accounts. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of improving campaign performance through data-driven strategies. This role involves managing multiple client accounts, analyzing key metrics, and ensuring a high return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize multiple Google Ads accounts across different industries in an agency setup.
- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Search, Display, Shopping, and Video campaigns.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to improve campaign targeting.
- Optimize bids, budgets, and ad placements for higher CTR, Quality Score, and Conversion Rates.
- Write high-performing ad copies that align with brand messaging and audience intent.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Reporting.
- Implement conversion tracking and attribution models to measure performance accurately.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies to optimize results.
- Stay updated with Google Ads policy changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with design, content,



and SEO teams to enhance campaign performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4-8 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns in an agency setup handling multiple client accounts.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads auction system, bidding strategies, and Quality Score.
- Experience working with Google Ads Manager (MCC Account) for multi-client campaign management.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Knowledge of keyword research tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and implement strategies for cost optimization and better ROI.
- Experience in creating and optimizing landing pages (preferred).
- Google Ads Certification (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
