Job Title: Project Sales Executive
Sector: Real Estate
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Experience: 2-5 years
Salary: Upto 3.60LPA
Key Responsibilities:
*Generate leads through outbound calling and regular follow-ups.
* Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate project information.
* Coordinate in-house site visits and client meetings.
* Negotiate with clients and support deal closures.
* Manage sales documentation, agreements, and registration processes.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales execution.
* Achieve assigned sales targets.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in Real Estate.
* Valuable communication and convincing skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM.
* Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
