Job Description:
The Senior Manager - Training will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills and competencies of employees within Axis Max Life Insurance. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify training needs, developing training materials, and delivering engaging training sessions. The individual will also track the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement. The Senior Manager will lead a team of trainers and be pivotal in fostering a culture of learning and development within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers.




- Design and develop training programs tailored to the specific needs of different departments.
- Deliver training sessions in various formats, including workshops, seminars, and e-learning.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and modify content as needed.
- Manage the training budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the quality and relevance of training content.
- Mentor and guide trainers to achieve the highest standards of training delivery.

Skills and Tools Required:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications in training and development is preferred.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in training and development roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
