Job Description – Telecaller

Position: Telecaller
Location: Kubadthal, Ahmedabad
Experience: 1–2 Years
Qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers and explain company products/services.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Generate leads through calling and convert them into potential customers.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Valuable Hindi and Gujarati communication; English will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.

Salary:

As per experience and company norms.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
