MECHANICAL DESIGNER – JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Mechanical Designer to prepare detailed mechanical drawings, layouts, 3D models, and technical documentation for engineering and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D mechanical drawings using AutoCAD and relevant design software.

- Develop mechanical layouts, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and detailed component drawings.

- Create and modify 3D models based on engineering requirements.

- Prepare GA drawings, sectional views, and manufacturing/fabrication drawings.

- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and design inputs.

- Ensure designs meet project requirements, applicable standards, and specifications.

- Prepare BOMs, material take-offs, and other technical documentation.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modelling software.

- Good knowledge of mechanical design and drafting principles.

- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and engineering specifications.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
