Job Summary:

La Pateng (A Unit of Prai Residency) is looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented F&B; Service GSAs to join our Food & Beverage team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent dining service and ensuring a pleasant experience for guests in the restaurant and banquet areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide courteous and efficient food and beverage service to guests
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests promptly
- Ensure tables are properly set and maintained as per service standards
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and respond to queries
- Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant area
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
- Follow hotel service standards and grooming policies

Requirements:





- Minimum 1 year experience in F&B; Service in the hospitality industry
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed and presentable personality
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Positive attitude and strong guest service orientation

Preferred Qualification:

Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality

Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel preferred

Salary: As per industry standards
