About the Role

Develop and refine curriculum content (KG to Grade 10/12) in your assigned subject — English, Maths, Social Science, Hindi, or Tamil. Work with subject-matter teams across Nalanda's schools to standardise content and pedagogy.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, review, and refine curriculum content and teaching material (KG to Grade 10/12) in the assigned subject
- Work with subject-matter teams across Nalanda's schools to standardise content quality and pedagogy
- Research current teaching practices and translate findings into practical classroom resources




- Support training of academic staff on current content and methods as they are rolled out
- Travel weekly to Krishnagiri, Hosur, and Mettur branches to support rollout

Who Can Apply

- Any Bachelor's/Master's degree in the relevant subject, with fluency in English and Tamil
- B.Ed preferred — candidates currently pursuing B.Ed are also welcome
- Strong written communication and curriculum/content development skills
- Candidates without B.Ed may be considered if they show strong potential

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
