JOB DESCRIPTION – ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

- Position: Accounts Executive
- Department: Accounts & Finance
- Required Joining Date: Immediate Joining

1. JOB PURPOSE

To handle day-to-day accounting activities and ensure proper maintenance of accounts, with specific responsibility for GST, TDS and statutory compliance-related work.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain proper records of accounts and supporting documents.
- Handle GST-related accounting and compliance work, including reconciliation of GST data with books.
- Review GSTR-2B and reconcile input tax credit with purchase records.
- Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns and related workings.
- Handle TDS calculation, deduction and accounting.
- Prepare TDS workings and assist in timely filing of TDS returns.
- Prepare and maintain necessary schedules, statements and reports for GST and TDS.
- Coordinate with consultants/auditors regarding GST, TDS and accounting matters.
- Maintain proper documentation for statutory compliance and audits.

3. QUALIFICATION

- Minimum Qualification: Graduate
- Preferred:



B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent accounting qualification.

4. EXPERIENCE

- Required Experience: 1–3 years
- Experience in Accounts, GST and TDS is required.
- Practical working knowledge of GST and TDS is mandatory.
- Candidates should preferably have hands-on experience in GST reconciliation, GSTR-2B and TDS workings.

5. REQUIRED SKILLS

- Good practical knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Knowledge of Tally / TallyPrime is preferred.
- Understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Positive reconciliation and data-analysis skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain proper records and meet statutory deadlines.

6. WORKING REQUIREMENTS

- Working Days: 6 Days
- Working Hours: 09:30 a.m. to 06:30 p.m.
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Shift: Day Shift

7. COMPENSATION

- Monthly Salary Budget: Based on Experience

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
