Who Should Apply:

Law graduates and legal professionals with some prior experience working with an LPO, U.S. law firm, paralegal team, or international legal services environment.

You don't need to know everything from day one, but you should have basic understanding of legal support work and be comfortable working with case files, legal documents, research, deadlines, and professional communication.

Why This Role Is Different:

This role provides direct exposure to U.S. legal work and international law firm operations, rather than limiting your experience to conventional Indian legal practice.

You will work on practical legal support assignments and gain experience with the systems, workflows, drafting standards, case management processes, and professional expectations involved in supporting U.S. attorneys.

As you demonstrate your capabilities, you will have the opportunity to take greater ownership of matters and work more independently.

What You'll Be Doing:

Depending on your existing experience, your responsibilities may include:

- Legal research and drafting
- Case management and file organisation
- Reviewing and organising documents, records, and evidence
- Preparing case summaries, chronologies, and other legal work product




- Calendaring and deadline tracking
- Working with legal and case management software
- Paralegal and virtual legal assistant support
- Professional correspondence and administrative support
- Supporting U.S. law firms across different practice areas

Who We're Looking For:

We are looking for someone detail-oriented, dependable, qualified, and capable of taking ownership of assigned work.

Strong written English, legal research skills, and the ability to follow detailed instructions are essential.

Prior exposure to U.S. litigation, personal injury, immigration, probate, civil litigation, or other U.S. legal work will be an advantage.

We are particularly interested in candidates looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with the team, take on increasing responsibility, and develop their career in international legal support.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
