Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Packing & Dispatch Executive who will personally handle packing of orders along with dispatch coordination and documentation from the office.

Key Responsibilities

- Physically pack orders (bottles, cartons, parcels) with proper sealing and labeling
- Ensure accurate quantity, labeling, and packing quality for each order
- Prepare Invoices, Packing Lists, and dispatch documents
- Handle courier bookings, AWB generation, and shipment dispatch
- Coordinate with courier/transporters for pickups
- Track shipments and maintain dispatch records
- Ensure safe handling to avoid leakage or damage
- Support basic inventory tracking

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in packing / dispatch / warehouse / logistics
- Willingness to do physical packing work (hands-on role)
- Basic knowledge of documentation and MS Excel
- Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented
- Basic English & Hindi communication

Preferred Skills

- Experience in e-commerce or parcel dispatch
- Familiarity with courier portals (Delhivery, Bluedart, etc.)
- Basic understanding of packaging materials

Salary & Benefits

- ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
