We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Creative Manager with strong expertise in 2D and 3D design, visual content creation, and creative team management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative visual concepts, managing creative projects from concept to execution, and ensuring high-quality designs across digital and marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage creative projects from concept development to final delivery.
- Create and oversee 2D and 3D designs, animations, motion graphics, videos, and other visual content.
- Develop creative concepts for social media, digital marketing, advertising, websites, campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to develop engaging creative content.
- Review and ensure the quality, consistency, and brand alignment of all creative outputs.
- Manage and guide designers, 3D artists, video editors, and other creative team members.
- Plan creative workflows, timelines, and project deliverables.
- Transform briefs and ideas into visually compelling concepts and presentations.
- Stay updated with current design trends,



creative technologies, animation styles, and digital content trends.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and incorporate feedback.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining high creative standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in creative design, 2D/3D design, animation, or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of 2D and 3D design principles, composition, typography, color, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in Blender / Cinema 4D / 3ds Max / Maya
- Experience in 3D modeling, texturing, rendering, lighting, and animation.
- Knowledge of 2D animation, motion graphics, video editing, and visual effects.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating 2D, 3D, animation, video, and creative design work.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
