Job Summary

The Manager – NSS will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing NSS activities, social service initiatives, student engagement programs, awareness campaigns, and community outreach activities in accordance with university and NSS guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate NSS activities, camps, drives, workshops, and community service programs.
- Coordinate with NSS Program Officers, faculty members, students, NGOs, and government/community organizations.
- Manage student participation and maintain proper records of NSS volunteers and activities.
- Organize blood donation camps, cleanliness drives, tree plantation, health awareness, voter awareness, and other social initiatives.
- Coordinate NSS special camps and ensure smooth execution of all activities.
- Prepare activity calendars, proposals, reports, budgets, and event documentation.
- Monitor NSS projects and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Maintain records, photographs, attendance, participation certificates,



and other NSS documentation.
- Support awareness campaigns related to social responsibility, civic engagement, workplace, health, and community development.
- Assist in organizing university-level and inter-college NSS events.
- Coordinate with external agencies and community partners for outreach programs.
- Ensure compliance with university policies and applicable NSS guidelines.
- Track activity outcomes and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting authority.

Eligibility & Experience

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any relevant discipline.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in NSS,
- Knowledge of NSS activities, government schemes, and community development programs will be an advantage.
- NSS & Community Outreach Management.
