What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals and job portals
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate records in the ATS
- Assist with offer letters and offer rollout
- Track hiring data and recruitment reports

HR Operations

- Support employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with background verification
- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
- Assist with HR policies and administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For





- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing final year in HR, BBA/BMS, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Genuine interest in Talent Acquisition and HR
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri or other job portals is a plus
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn
