We're Hiring: Content Strategist

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Strategist to develop impactful content strategies for our Social Media and Paid Media teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop monthly and campaign-based content strategies.
- Create content calendars, content pillars, themes, and messaging frameworks.
- Plan platform-specific content for social media channels.
- Develop creative strategies for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other paid campaigns.
- Create content strategies across the marketing funnel – Awareness, Consideration, Conversion & Remarketing.
- Conduct competitor, audience, and industry research.
- Collaborate with Social Media, Paid Media, Design, Copywriting, and Video teams.
- Prepare creative briefs and guide teams on content direction.




- Analyze content performance and optimize strategies based on insights.
- Stay updated with the latest content trends, platform updates, and AI tools.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in Content Strategy, Social Media, or Digital Marketing.
- Solid understanding of social media and paid advertising platforms.
- Hands-on knowledge of SEMrush and other relevant research, analytics, and content strategy tools.
- Excellent creative thinking, communication, research, and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
