This role is responsible for optimizing and driving Import & Export shipments in Logistics
department.

Management
1. Import DSR report entry. .
2. Documents submission-Import Supplier Invoice, AWB,
BOE copies & Service bills after verification need to
submit to finance team.
3. Store the documents of Import shipments in folder for
future reference.
4. E-way bill generation for Import shipments
5. Prepare technical write up & Value declaration for FOC
shipments.
6. Prepare MIS report bills submitted to finance team.
7. Import shipments booked in DHL & FedEx portal if
shipper don’t have the account.
8. Download service bills from FedEx, DHL & UPS portals,
after Invoice printout need to attach supporting
documents to submit finance team.
9. Verify CHA & forwarder DSR report
Export
Management
1. Generate Export Invoices.
2. Prepare export documents for customs clearance.
3. E-way Bill generation
4. E-Invoice Generation.
5. Booking DHL & FedEx for courier shipments for
Exports.
6.
Prepare DSR report for Export shipments.
7. Collect shipping bills from service providers for
each shipment.
8. Download service bills from FedEx, DHL & UPS
portals, after Invoice printout need to attach
supporting documents to submit finance team.
9. Store the documents of Export shipments in folder
for future reference.
10. Documents submission-Export Sales Invoice, AWB,
Shipping bill copies & Service bills after verification
need to submit to finance team.

KEY EXPERIENCES, QUALIFICATIONS & KNOWLEDGE
Experience in Import Export shipments in manufacturing unit.
Diploma / B.Com / B.Sc
3-5 years of Industry experience
Excellent computer skills Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, ERP Knowledge like
QAD/SAP/Macola.
