Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain market linkages for agricultural and allied products
- Identify potential buyers, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional clients
- Coordinate with farmers, FPOs, and producers for product aggregation
- Facilitate smooth supply chain from farm to market
- Conduct market research to identify demand trends and pricing
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with buyers
- Ensure timely delivery and quality standards of products
- Build relationships with government departments and private organizations
- Support branding and promotion of products in markets and exhibitions

Requirements:

- MBA / Graduate (Marketing, Agribusiness, or related field)
- 1–3 years experience in sales, agri-marketing, or market linkage
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of local agricultural markets and supply chain
- Ability to travel across Odisha
- Basic understanding of cold chain/logistics (preferred)

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,518.15 per month
