Chutkee Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd. is a technology-driven platform that helps customers discover, compare and book verified spa services through the Chutkee platform.

We are looking for an energetic and confident Business Development Executive (BDE) who can visit spas, connect with spa owners/managers, explain Chutkee's platform and onboard spas onto our platform.

Job Responsibilities

- Visit different spas and wellness businesses in assigned areas on a regular basis.
- Meet spa owners, managers and decision-makers and introduce yourself and Chutkee.
- Explain clearly what Chutkee is, how the platform works and how it can help the spa business.
- Explain the benefits of joining Chutkee, including online visibility, customer reach and potential bookings.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with spa owners and management.
- Identify suitable spas and generate new business leads.
- Follow up with interested spa owners through calls, WhatsApp and in-person meetings.
- Negotiate and discuss onboarding requirements with spa owners as per company policies.
- Once the spa agrees, complete the spa onboarding process on the Chutkee platform.
- Collect required business information, service details, pricing, images and other documents from the spa.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure the spa profile is created and activated properly.
- Maintain accurate records of visited spas, leads, follow-ups and onboarded partners.
- Regularly follow up with onboarded spas to maintain a good business relationship.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly visit,



lead and onboarding targets.
- Share regular field-visit and business development reports with the reporting manager.

Key Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in speaking with spa owners and business decision-makers.
- Good convincing, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field work and travelling within the assigned area.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, Google Maps and online platforms.
- Ability to explain products/services in a simple and professional manner.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Who Can Apply?

- Freshers with good communication and confidence can apply.
- Candidates with experience in BDE, field sales, business development, hospitality, spa, salon, wellness, travel or other service industries will be preferred.
- Candidates must be comfortable with daily field visits and meeting business owners.

Performance Expectations

The BDE will primarily be responsible for:

Spa Identification → Field Visit → Owner Meeting → Chutkee Presentation → Follow-up → Negotiation → Spa Onboarding → Relationship Management

Salary & Incentives

Salary: As per experience and interview performance.

Additional: Performance-based incentives may be provided based on company targets and onboarding performance.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
