Job Summary

Role Overview: The Dynatrace Administrator will be responsible for platform configuration, governance, observability enablement, and operational support to ensure end-to-end monitoring across applications, infrastructure, and cloud services.\r\n \r\nKey Requirements:\r\nIntegrate Dynatrace with AWS CloudWatch and ELK for log ingestion.\r\nMonitor AWS services including Lambda, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, ALB, NLB, S3, and DynamoDB.\r\nDesign and develop dashboards for MTTR, error rates, latency, and SLA/SLO/SLI reporting.\r\nBuild executive dashboards aligned to customer impact and business KPIs.\r\nStrong hands-on experience with metrics, logs, traces, and DQL queries.\r\nExperience integrating Dynatrace with ServiceNow, CI/CD pipelines (deployment visibility), and Jira (change tracking).\r\nAutomate dashboard creation and management using Dynatrace APIs.
