Job Summary

The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, valuable communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a café environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages.
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members for smooth service.
- Handle customer queries politely and promptly.
- Support daily café operations as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a café, restaurant,



or hotel.
- Hotel Management qualification is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
