Job Description: Follow defined SOPs, quality standards, and turnaround times
Process policy renewals and rollover transactions in accordance with defined guidelines and client requirements
Review existing policies for coverage, premium, deductibles, policy terms, and other relevant details before renewal.
Validate renewal information received from clients, agents, brokers, or internal teams and identify discrepancies.
Complete renewal/rollover activities within defined TAT and SLA requirements.
Update policy and customer information accurately in relevant insurance systems.
Monitor pending renewals and proactively follow up on cases approaching the renewal/rollover deadline.
Review documents for completeness and ensure required information is captured.
Upload, organize, and maintain policy and submission documents.
Review and process audits for New Business, Renewals and Endorsements requests per guidelines
Dealing with underwriters, brokers, customers and answering any query they might have related to the Policy
