KG CRM Solutions LLP is looking for a Quality Analyst Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity for freshers and recent graduates who want to gain practical experience in quality analysis, process monitoring, and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and evaluate calls, chats, emails, and other customer interactions.
- Review work processes and identify quality gaps or errors.
- Prepare quality reports and maintain evaluation records.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement.
- Ensure company quality standards and guidelines are followed.
- Coordinate with team members to resolve quality-related issues.
- Assist the team in improving customer experience and service quality.

Job Requirements

- Freshers can apply.
- Graduation is preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.




- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Good observation and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to identify errors and suggest improvements.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team workplace.
- Candidates who can commit to a 3–6 month internship are preferred.
