Role Overview

We are seeking Management Interns to support business analysis, client coordination, implementation planning, documentation, and testing across Zoho and our projects.

The internship offers practical exposure to the implementation lifecycle, from understanding client requirements and documenting business processes to validating solutions and supporting deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in client discussions, requirement workshops, and progress reviews.

Prepare meeting minutes, process documents, and action trackers.

Assist with business requirement documents, process mapping, and gap analysis.

Support implementation planning, data mapping, and configuration activities.

Assist with functional testing, defect tracking, and user acceptance testing.

Prepare user guides, training materials, and project documentation.

Coordinate with business users and implementation teams for timely completion of assigned tasks.

Position 1:



Finance & Functional Implementation Intern

Educational Qualification: MBA in Finance with an undergraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

Preferred Knowledge:

Accounting principles, journal entries, and financial statements.

Accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and payment processes.

Bank reconciliation, inventory accounting, and basic financial controls.

Foundational understanding of GST and TDS.

Ability to connect business transactions with accounting outcomes.

Position 2: Technology & Business Analysis Intern

Educational Qualification: MBA with an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.

Preferred Knowledge:

Basic software development and implementation lifecycle concepts.

Databases, structured data, application workflows, and system integrations.

Logical analysis and translating business needs into functional requirements.

Familiarity with SQL, APIs, process modelling, or low-code platforms is an advantage.

Common Skills

Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Working knowledge of Excel, documentation, and presentations.

Structured thinking, attention to detail, and accuracy.

Ownership of assigned tasks and willingness to learn.

Skilled handling of confidential business information.

Availability to complete the agreed internship period.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
