Role Description The Information Technology Manager at Coral Isle Hotels is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role is responsible for overseeing the hotel’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, Wi‑Fi, property management systems, point-of-sale systems, and other hotel applications. Daily tasks include monitoring system performance, managing data backups, ensuring cybersecurity measures, coordinating hardware and software maintenance, and troubleshooting technical issues for team members and guest-facing systems. The IT Manager will collaborate with operations, front office, and finance teams to support technology needs, manage vendors and service providers, and ensure timely implementation of system updates or new solutions. The role also involves planning for future technology upgrades, maintaining documentation, training staff on IT policies, and ensuring compliance with relevant data protection and security standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, Wi‑Fi, and system monitoring.
- Candidates should possess skills in system administration and software management, such as installing, configuring, updating,



and maintaining hotel applications and operating systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in cybersecurity and data protection, including access control, antivirus and firewall management, backup and recovery, and basic compliance practices.
- Candidates should possess skills in troubleshooting and technical support, including diagnosing hardware and software issues, resolving incidents promptly, and providing clear guidance to non-technical users.
- Candidates should possess skills in vendor and project management, including coordinating with external service providers, managing IT budgets, and overseeing technology implementation projects.
- Beneficial qualifications include prior experience in hospitality IT environments, familiarity with property management and point-of-sale systems, and experience supporting 24/7 operations.
- Beneficial qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, along with relevant industry certifications and solid communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
