- Receive and verify material requirements/indents from project sites and departments.
- Follow up for approvals and ensure purchase orders are issued within the required timeline.
- Maintain proper records of purchase enquiries, quotations, comparison statements, purchase orders, delivery documents, and invoices.
- Ensure that materials received at sites are properly documented through the required GRN process.
- Coordinate with QS, Stores, Site Engineers, Accounts and other departments to resolve purchase-related issues.
- Escalate significant delays, price variations, quality concerns, or supply issues to the Purchase Manager.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Good knowledge of construction materials and procurement procedures.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation.
- Qualification: Any Degree/Diploma
- Experience: 1 year in the same field, Freshers also can apply.
