Job Title: Junior Executive Assistant

Location: Noida (Work from Office)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Handle emails, calls, and internal communication
- Coordinate with different departments for follow-ups
- Maintain records, files, and important documents
- Assist in travel arrangements and meeting preparations
- Assist management in coordination and planning activities
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Eligibility:

- Freshers can apply (prior internship/experience is a plus)
- Graduate preferred

Skills Required:





- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Positive English communication
- Organized and detail-oriented
