Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Market Analyst to join our ladies ethnic-wear business. The candidate will be responsible for understanding market trends, customer preferences, competitor activity, pricing, and upcoming fashion trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Research current and upcoming ladies ethnic-wear trends
- Track competitors, their collections, pricing and market positioning
- Identify fast-moving and emerging product categories
- Study customer preferences and buying patterns
- Analyse market prices and new product launches
- Visit wholesale markets, retailers and exhibitions to gather market information
- Coordinate with merchandising, sales and purchase teams
- Prepare regular market reports and provide actionable insights
- Identify new business and product opportunities




- Keep the company updated about fashion and market developments

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in fashion/apparel/ethnic-wear market research
- Positive knowledge of ladies suits, kurtis, ethnic wear and fabrics
- Strong understanding of Delhi/India fashion markets
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Ability to collect and analyse market data
- Good knowledge of Excel and reporting
- Willingness to travel to markets when required

Preferred Candidate

Someone who has worked with ladies ethnic-wear manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers or fashion brands and has strong knowledge of current market trends and customer demand.

Salary: ₹ 20000-30000 per month, depending on experience and capability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Delhi, Delhi
