Urgently Looking for HR Executive for Industrial Relation for packaging company , Plant located at vasai East.
- Handle attendance, leave, overtime and payroll inputs.
- Manage PF, ESIC, PT and statutory compliance.
- Maintain employee records, HR files and MIS.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws.
- Support recruitment, joining, induction and employee documentation.
- Handle employee queries and basic grievance resolution.
- Coordinate with contractors and maintain labour compliance records.
- Assist in audits, inspections and HR documentation
- Skills: MS Excel, HRMS, payroll and labour-law knowledge.
- Experience :3-5 Years
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
