Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, implementation, configuration, and enhancement of composable AVEVA MES solutions.
- Participate in and support MES deployment and configuration activities in manufacturing environments.
- Support and coordinate multiple parallel MES implementation projects , ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
- Act as a technical lead in MES-related initiatives and provide guidance throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Prepare, maintain, and manage technical MES enhancement requirements and technical functional specifications , including system configurations, development specifications, and implementation-related materials.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to ensure MES solutions meet operational and business requirements.
- Work with Microsoft DevOps tools to support development,



task tracking, collaboration, and release management.
- Coordinate and supervise outsourced development activities , working with one or more external development vendors.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables from external partners through technical oversight, prioritization, and follow-up.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to MES processes, solution design, and delivery governance.

Skill Requirements

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with AVEVA MES .
- Proven experience in MES installation, configuration and development .
- Robust project management experience , with a proven track record of successful MES implementations in manufacturing environments , including the coordination of parallel projects .
- Good understanding of Microsoft DevOps / Azure DevOps concepts and usage.
- Experience in creating, maintaining, and managing MES technical documentation .
- Experience in coordinating and directing third party development work with one or more software development vendors.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while also leading cross-functional collaboration.

Other Requirements

- Experience in managing an outsourced service/support team .
- Basic knowledge of SAP MM, PP, and WM modules.
- Experience working in international or multi-vendor delivery environments.
- Familiarity with manufacturing operations, production workflows, and shopfloor systems integration.
