About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Intern – Recruitment to support our HR team in managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The intern will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate data, trackers, and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, assessments, and documentation.
- Assist with job postings and other recruitment-related activities.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment operations.

Skills Required

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
