Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and motivated Site Engineers (Civil) to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure planned progress, coordinate with contractors and work teams, and maintain required safety and quality standards at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate materials, manpower, and equipment as required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work targets based on the project master schedule.
- Monitor daily progress and compare Planned vs. Actual progress.
- Prepare DPR, MPR, and regular progress reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure smooth and timely execution of work.
- Check and verify bills submitted by contractors.
- Monitor compliance with quality and safety standards at the site.
- Ensure construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications,



and project requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams and contractors to resolve site-related issues.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Robust site supervision and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage manpower and contractors effectively.
- Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
- Good reporting and documentation skills.
- Ability to work at project sites and manage multiple activities.
