Key Responsibilities

- Design and modify 3D injection moulds, mould assemblies, cores, cavities, inserts and other mould components using Siemens NX Design.
- Assist in developing parting line, parting surface, core-cavity, sliders, lifters, ejector and cooling systems.
- Prepare detailed 2D manufacturing drawings with dimensions, tolerances and relevant specifications.
- Modify existing mould designs based on Tool Room, Production, Quality and Engineering requirements.
- Coordinate with Tool Room machinists and engineers to ensure design manufacturability.
- Provide design support during mould manufacturing, assembly and mould trials.
- Identify and rectify design-related issues and incorporate necessary modifications after trials.
- Maintain proper drawing revisions, design records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, engineering standards and drawing practices.

3. Required Technical Skills

- Good working knowledge of Siemens NX Design / NX CAD.
- Good basic/working knowledge of Plastic Injection Mould Design.




- Strong understanding of 3D modelling and assembly design.
- Good knowledge of 2D drafting, engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
- Understanding of mould components and mould construction.
- Basic knowledge of CNC, VMC, EDM, Wire Cut, Milling and other tool-room machining processes.

4. Candidate Profile

- 0–1 year of hands-on experience in Tool/Mould Design preferred.
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge of NX Design and Mould Designing may be considered.
- Diploma/B.Tech candidates from Mechanical, Tool & Die, Plastic Engineering or related disciplines preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and design skills.
- High attention to dimensional accuracy and design details.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Willingness to learn mould manufacturing, trials and tool-room practices.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
