About the Company: Divine Force I India is a professional services company providing dedicated business and operational support to international clients. This position will support Boulder Construction, a U.S.-based construction company specializing primarily in hotel and residential construction projects.
- We are seeking an organized, proactive, and dedicated Human Resources (HR) Associate to support the company's internal HR operations and employee lifecycle.
- This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys managing HR processes, has strong communication skills, and is willing to take ownership of human resources and employee engagement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment support, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Maintain employee records, documents, and HR trackers covering attendance, leave, and onboarding status.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including documentation, orientation coordination, and policy explanation.
- Support payroll coordination by maintaining attendance and required employee data.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as office coordination, vendor follow-ups, and record keeping.
- Maintain HR policies, employee databases, and compliance-related documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Track deadlines for HR activities such as appraisals, confirmations, and document renewals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR and admin queries.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, Admin, or office coordination preferred.
- Basic understanding of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and general office tools.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Attention to detail and robust documentation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
